Before practicing naturopathy, Sarah spent 15 years working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and educator. Her passion for natural health grew as she came to understand the connection between movement and nutrition, and saw the need for a holistic approach to exercise.
As a naturopath, Sarah has developed an in-depth understanding of every life stage and its needs including pregnancy, menopause, disease manifestation, infant health, and mid-life. She is extremely passionate about supporting new mums through the Fourth Trimester with nutrition and self-care strategies, as well as having an interest in men’s health, hormone health and the role of stress in disease.
Sarah’s background as a fitness educator informs her approach to naturopathy. She runs regular workshops on postpartum care, sports nutrition and family health, and loves supporting her local community with ongoing affordable access to healthcare via clinic drop-in clinics and information sessions.
Sarah’s bubbly personality and compassionate heart means that her clients are offered practical and caring support, guidance, understanding and education. She strongly believes in the importance and correct prescription of food as medicine, functional testing and self care. Sarah gives all her clients the tools and knowledge they need to understand and take control of their health.
