Staying Healthy at Christmas
It’s that time of year when everything speeds up and the summer holidays are hurtling towards us, but for most they aren’t getting here quick enough.
Staying healthy at Christmas time can be tricky.
Suddenly every weekend is filled up with parties and events, drinks and dinners and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, busy and longing for a break.
Whether you love Christmas or you’re a bit of a scrooge you’ll no doubt be feeling the stress of all the things you have to get done before the 25th December. Finish off work projects, think about presents, preparing to face all the rellies, or what you’ll cook your 14 year old recently vegan niece for dinner. I’m finding that most people I speak with are creating a long To Do list and it doesn’t get shorter.
