I’m an advocate of Wholefood eating and work hard to inspire my clients to discover just how amazing real food can be. By “real food” I mean unprocessed, homemade, fresh and bursting with nutrients ready for your body to absorb and use.
I want to shout out a big thank you to all who came along to the Sprouting 101 workshop last week. I thought it was a great success and I feel everyone got a lot out of it. I had such a good time and meet some lovely people.
I guess you’ve worked out by now that I’m a big fan of SPROUTING. I’ll sprout anything if you give me a chance. I’ve also been thinking about healthy, protein rich, gluten-free snacks while I’m on detox. In a major combo-recipe-delight I’ve created my sprouted rice and buckwheat crackers.
