The wonderful Kate has started The Wednesday Collective to bring together some of her excellent friends and wonderful makers she knows to do some skill-sharing workshops. I’m so pleased to be part of it. There are some other fantastic workshops happening: a silversmithing make a silver ring one, Nikki from Delicious Skin is pumping out some skin care tips, My Little Panda Kitchen (the wonderful vegan food treats) is teaching you how to bake and decorate a cake.
I’m going to be hosting the Herbalist’s Kitchen. On Wednesday 14th October, 7pm in Marrickville. Jump on this link to book your place today!

I love herbal medicine. I really do, and although I always always have faith in the herbs I prescribe I’m often amazed at how well they really do work. Almost everyone who comes into my Marrickville or CBD wellness clinic gets a bottle of herbal medicine – for skin conditions, for digestive problems, stress, depression, sleep and immunity. Oh boy they are great.
As a naturopath I am a trained herbalist as well, my dispensary has over 90 different herbal tinctures which I blend and individualise just for you. Come in and see me if you want to try herbal medicine to support your health.
